Hi, I’m Eric Swain. This is my tangy thinking blog.
I help businesses understand how they can improve their effectiveness, responsiveness and revenues by putting customers, partners, suppliers and employees at the heart of their organisations through social communications.
My deep experience is in marketing, business development, and strategy in the mobile space: mobile applications, content, and gaming. However, over the years I have also worked with companies from wine sales, publishing, t-shirt printing/promotions, and data management.
I have worked in and with startups, early stage ventures and small businesses most of my career.
Diverse as these businesses were, they were always looking for fresh approaches. I played central roles in the creation and execution of their new strategies.
